The dedicated SGB team consists of more than 500 professionals with extensive experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, facility management, administration and sustainability. The central tasks of the SGB are the maintenance, planning and construction of municipal properties in the City of Bonn. This currently includes 456 properties with a total of 872 buildings. The SGB is a similar institution of the City of Bonn, which ensures that the specialist departments are supplied as required as an internal city service.
